TRI Studios & Eel Pie Productions Present WHO I AM, Pete Townshend (The Who)

TRI Studios, in partnership with Pete Townshend, documented Pete’s  WHO I AM east coast book tour. Watch Part One of the documentary (of a series of four) that will be released on The Huffington Post. The documentary was directed was Justin Kreutzmann and mixed by Rick Vargas of TRI Studios.

In his highly anticipated autobiography, WHO I AM, rock icon Pete Townshend shares the story of his evolution from angry young Mod to one of the defining musicians of his generation. The songwriting genius behind the music of The Who, as well as the group’s aggressively talented guitarist, Townshend has long been the thinking man’s rock star, and this introspective and candid memoir charts the musical, intellectual, and spiritual journey that has shaped his life and career. Townshend writes frankly of his constant search for meaning, while sharing stories from the wild heyday of The Who and beyond.

Peter Townshend is the legendary lead guitarist and principal songwriter for The Who, one of the most influential rock-and-roll bands of all time. Townshend is responsible for having written over 100 songs and rock operas in the band’s important catalogue. He is one of Rolling Stone’s “100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time” and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1990. He resides in West London, where he was raised.
